How long does it take for my earrings to be made?
Approximately 2 weeks for earrings to be made and then shipped.
What shipping methods do you offer?
For Canadian customers, there is $4 *UNTRACKED* lettermail shipping via Canada Post and $15 *TRACKED* parcel shipping via Canada Post. For US customers, there is $5 *UNTRACKED* lettermail shipping via USPS and $15 *TRACKED* airmail shipping via USPS.
Note: If you select lettermail shipping, I will not be able to tell you where your package is. Once it's in Canada Post's hands, I have no control of where it is or how long it takes to get to you. Canada Post is experiencing much higher mail and parcel volumes due to COVID-19, so please expect delays.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available. Please only select this option if you are able to pick up in Bay of Quinte area. If you select this option and are not able to pick up, you will be invoiced for shipping charges and your order will not be mailed until it is paid.
You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up.

Can I shower/swim with the earrings on?
Although wearing the earrings in the shower will not cause the earrings to break, it is important to remember that the earrings are made by hand and if frequently subjected to water, will eventually cause the bonding agent to separate the post from the clay.
Are the earrings heavy?
Polymer clay is virtually weightless and very easy to wear.
How to store the earrings?
Keep them in a safe place as other jewelry can scratch the surface of the clay easily.
